Pooja is a dual-licensed lawyer admitted to practice in Ontario, Canada, and India. She graduated with an LL.B from India and an LL.M in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, United Kingdom. She completed her bachelor’s degree specializing in history and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from India. Prior to moving to Canada, she practiced law in India and represented clients in civil, criminal and real estate matters.
She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2024 and acquired her experience and training in personal injury law at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and disability disputes.
With her client-focused approach, she strives to help her clients navigate the complexities of the legal system, hoping to provide them with the justice that they deserve. She believes in upholding the spirit of law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and baking.
