Amneet Kaur is a dedicated Personal Injury Associate at Goodman Elbassiouni LLP. She is a dual-licensed lawyer in the Province of Ontario and India. A Litigator at heart, Amneet is committed to providing diligent and effective representation, advocating for clients with professionalism, integrity, and care.
Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar, Amneet practiced law in India, and gained experience in criminal, family, and employment matters. She served as a panel lawyer for Legal Aid and gained valuable experience as an intern with the Mediation Department of the Court of Appeal of Punjab and Haryana, where she developed insight into alternative dispute resolution processes.
Amneet’s professional background extends to Insolvency and Real Estate law, giving her a well-rounded understanding of financial and property-related issues. This diverse experience allows her to approach personal injury litigation strategically and holistically.
Outside of her practice, Amneet maintains an interest in the arts and history. She enjoys painting, reading historical literature, and engaging with historical documentaries.
