Jungik (James) Moon
James has dedicated his legal practice in personal injury and insurance law since his call to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
James works diligently to understand his clients’ claims to skillfully advocate on behalf of victims of motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, slip and falls and occupier liability matters. Having prior experience as a lawyer at a prominent insurance defence law firm, James is familiar with strategies of insurance defence and is able to navigate his clients through complex legal issues and put the injured victims’ minds at ease.
Outside of litigating on behalf of his clients, James is a life-long competitor in martial arts and combat sports such as Judo, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Kickboxing. James is hopeful that his son will also develop interest in combat sports and continue on the family tradition.
