Aaron is a tenacious advocate and an effective negotiator for his many clients as a Plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer, and takes great pride in helping his client’s get the justice, and best possible settlement or other litigated outcome, for their personal injury, Tort claims, arising after an injurious accident occurs. Aaron is a skilled advocate and negotiator, with a meticulous attention to detail, who will go to bat for his clients to get them the best possible results for their injury claim. Aaron was called to the Ontario bar as a Lawyer in 2013, and since that time has dedicated his legal career exclusively to representing injury victims seeking compensation following a personal injury caused by the fault or negligence of others. Aaron has a wealth of experience in the area of personal injury law, and handles serious Plaintiff personal injury cases involving a variety of casualties, including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian-vehicle collisions, Occupier’s Liability claims including slip and fall/trip and fall claims, and others, though Aaron places a particular emphasis on Tort motor vehicle litigation, which is his main focus. Aaron has successfully championed many Plaintiff-injury claims, and has negotiated many settlements where other Lawyers did not see the potential to make a viable claim. Aaron highly enjoys being an advocate, and has always been interested in the area of personal injury law, and Tort litigation since his days in law school. Aaron finds his work very rewarding, especially when he is able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients, through his creative and fair minded approach, to personal injury advocacy.
Outside of the office, Aaron is an avid outdoorsman and fitness enthusiast, and enjoys hiking, swimming, camping, cottaging, and spending as much time as possible in the great-outdoors. Aaron also is a lifelong fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, and enjoys spending as much quality time as possible, with his family and close friends.
